On June 17, 2025, the National Association of Socially Responsible Employers (NASOR) held training on the topic of “Leadership Inclusion”, with the participation of representatives of Fantastico Group – an active member of the association.

The aim of the training was to support employers in building a more inclusive, aware and accessible working environment for people with disabilities. The training was conducted in partnership with experts from CuBuFoundation, who have many years of experience in the field of inclusion and training on the subject.

The training included two main parts:

Part 1: Getting to know the different disabilities

  • How vision works and what visual impairments exist
  • Impairments of hearing, the motor system and the autism spectrum
  • Common myths and misconceptions about people with disabilities
  • Visual Impairment Simulation – an experience that showed participants the challenges through a real perspective. This simulation gave the company’s employees the opportunity to “step into the shoes” of a visually impaired person and thus know how to work and communicate with visually impaired colleagues.

Part 2: Helping colleagues with disabilities

  • How to think about the environment so that it is accessible to all
  • The principles of universal design – presented through play and real-life case studies
  • Specific tips for supporting employees with different needs
  • Conducting a demo interview with a person with a disability that created a space for open dialogue and exchange of perspectives.

Why is it important?

Inclusion is not just a social mission – it is part of the sustainable development of any organization. We believe that when employers are informed, sensitive and active, they can change reality for the better.

By participating in the training, Fantastico Group once again demonstrates its commitment to social responsibility, human diversity and the sustainable development of its organizational culture.

NASOR continues to work actively with employers from all over the country on topics such as:

  • Inclusion and equal access to work for people with disabilities
  • Social engagement and sustainability
  • Increasing the capacity of employers to work with vulnerable groups
