The National Association of Socially Responsible Employers “NASO R” was created as an idea and as a result of 20 years of successful experience in the field of European and national partnership of the founders.
The idea for the establishment of NASO R includes uniting the largest part of the employers in Bulgaria around the cause of contributing to the social development of Bulgaria, by supporting business and other sectors, increasing the efficiency of their activities and creating opportunities for the development of their social responsibilities, by motivating and supporting them to take on more social responsibility. partnership with the state and local authorities and real inclusion in the process of improving the quality of life in Bulgaria.
The attention and activities of NASO R are directed to all employers in Bulgaria, including from the corporate sector, state and local administrations, the civil sector, etc.
The main platform of the association includes support for the development of responsibility in the broadest sense, but mostly focused on people, human resources and social development and quality of life. It includes both commitments to develop the quality of work and career development of staff to support local initiatives and the development of communities and national capital – people and their lives in Bulgaria.
A leading focus in all the activities of the organization is support for people with disabilities and providing support for them, through the strongest tool – offering jobs, ensuring employment and independence in their personal development and adequate participation in the public processes of creating and consuming public resources and achieving a better life.
Through the development of corporate social responsibility in active partnership with the state, local authorities, etc. aims to increase the efficiency of economic entities and create prerequisites for self-conscious inclusion in socially responsible decisions and practices for active supplementation of state and municipal resources and efforts for social support and social development.
