On June 18, 2025, a working meeting was held between representatives of the company Fikosota and the National Association of Socially Responsible Employers (NASOR), at which good practices and future opportunities for expanding corporate social responsibility aimed at employment for people with disabilities and support for the company’s employees were discussed.
The meeting highlighted the importance of sustainable partnerships between business and the civil sector in achieving an inclusive labor market. Ficosota, a proven responsible employer, presented concrete actions and initiatives through which it already supports the social inclusion of people with different abilities. These include adapted work positions, specialized training and support for employees that contribute to full and long-term employment.
NASOR presented the main activities of the association related to encouraging employers to implement socially responsible policies and create an inclusive work environment. Emphasis was placed on the need for targeted support for employers – through expert assistance, exchange of good practices and access to training resources.
The participants in the meeting united around the idea that corporate social responsibility is not just an element of the image of companies, but a strategic tool for the development of society. Specific opportunities for joint projects were also discussed, including the organization of information campaigns, participation in working forums and trainings to promote inclusive employment and social responsibility.
The meeting ended with a commitment to continue the cooperation between Fikosota and NASOR, including specific initiatives at the national and regional levels.
