On 9 November, a representative of NASOR participated in the second meeting of the IWorCon project, where the main topic was WP 2 “Prevention of Disintegration and Job Reintegration”. The aim of the meeting was to identify the problems that exist for social workers globally and, based on the analysis of the current state of social work jobs in the partner countries, to make recommendations to improve the working conditions of these people and to make the profession of social worker more attractive to young people.
